1. Shipping Locations

• Domestic Orders (British Columbia): We do not offer free shipping.
• International Orders: We don’t offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through Canada Post for a flat rate fee starting at $18.99.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors like weather, holidays, or circumstantial delays.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
• After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily track your shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• The Red Thread Spice Company ships throughout British Columbia. Some items may not be available for shipping to certain regions due to regulations or product restrictions.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
• We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.
